O.M.G. Chillax - I have acquired Series 3's most illusive doll

Note: Click on pics to enlarge!

If like me, you're Australian based and Chillax either disappeared incredibly quickly from general retail stores. I'm not 100% sure if she even made it to stores actually, I never saw her available anywhere. When I picked up Da Boss and Roller Chick many moons ago, she was nowhere to be found.

NEVERTHELESS, I HAVE ACQUISITIONED MADAM CHILLAX from a lovely seller on eBay who sent her to me with

I did pay $72.80 including postage for Chillax, which may seem overpriced but the lovely seller included two extra L.O.L. surprise products; one Fuzzy Pets Makeover series, and one Confetti Pop Under Wraps re-release, both of which I wouldn't normally purchase on their own. I will be rehoming the Fuzzy Pets, but keeping the Confetti because I like her! I'll look at them later in their own post.

If I deduct the approximate market value of the two extras, she's below the RRP of the other three dolls released in her series. Here's my math;

Fuzzy Pets: $18 (Big W)
Confetti Pop: $15 (Big W)
Remaining: $39.80 (Series 3 RRP $45+)

Basically, this is super good value. I highly recommend at least checking out this seller if you're within Australia. She doesn't ship overseas - sorry!

The outer box is printed with primarily light teal, and static black & white, and pink & black effect. The blocked out art of Chillax on the front, covered by dark plastic, will be revealed when the box is opened. Her name is on the side in glitchy font, as is the little sister Lazy Bones on the other.

The back is diagonally slashed with the teal and her pink, with logo, motto, and all 4 dolls in the series, two of which I already have! :3

[box outside][2]

Sliiiiiiding open the door, you see the revealed art which looks awesome as always. Sliding out the doll tray you find Chillax's garment bags, magazine, shoebox and hatbox, along with Chillax herself of course with a handbag baggie. Behind the garments is a cute spoopy bedroom theme decor, and in her wardrobe is a squiggly mirror. I never peel the film off my box mirrors, so sorry, I can't show you that! Something I didn't know prior to taking these pics is that the backs of both sections come out; they're just inserts of course. This is my 9th doll, and I didn't learn that until this one.

[in box & box inside][3]

This Chillax came with an interesting flaw, which I say isn't and more of a feature, and that her head literally comes off. Yes, you read that correctly! Revealing her in her from behind her dressing room door, also revealed her compressed neck. It wasn't really though, the head was just pushed down too far, a simple fix as pushing it up a little, right? Lol no, her head came completely off, and it's hilarious. I love it.

[HEAD COMES OFF YIKES][4]

I've dropped her on the floor accidentally and her head came right off. I'm glad I got this one with her whole headless-horseman act, and not a kid for Christmas who'd no doubt be distraught.
We've experienced a small cool snap in the time I started and finished writing this, and the cold weather appears to solidify the head so it may no longer stretch that extra little bit to come off.

Chillax is wearing a black and pink static-y looking undergarment set that looks a little like her box. her hair is two-three tones of blended blue, except for her twisty noodle bang things. She's got blue eyebrows that match her hair, deep blue iris' and huuuuge black pupils. Her makeup consists of a simple yet lovely shade of light pink for her eyeshadow and lipstick, and if you look closely - which is borderline impossible to show in a photo - the pink below her black cats-eye eyeliner has a metallic sheen. It's a subtle yet nice accent. Of course, she has light blush to her cheeks, barely visible on her dark complexion.

She's got a black stand with matching black brush as well, not shown.

Accessory time!
Firstly there's the handbag baggie with, yes you guessed it, her handbag. It's an old-style black TV with a no-signal effect and reads "technical difficulties plz get some sleep". If that doesn't scream 'how my brain functions' I dunno what does. It's also got sweet details, dials, zipper handles, and a single shoulder strap in varying shades of grey or silver.

In the black semi-translucent hatbox are the accessories wrapped in tissue paper in the glitchy pink and white pattern. Included are hot pink sunnies (with a scratch on one lens nooo!), two spiral black and white earrings, a textured silver choker, and a black zipper choker.

In the white shoebox are size 6 1/2 (all dolls are this 'size') pink heeled sneakers with black and white soles, in the same wrapping paper. Another new thing I didn't learn until recently thanks to one of clawdeena9's videos is that each doll's shoebox barcode number is different! Chillax' is 1LLSL33PW3ND34AD, which translated out of l33t speak is "I'll sleep when dead." Interesting!

[purse, shoes & accessories][5]

Over in the side with garment bags is a little magazine. All O.M.G's have a star sign; Chillax' is Cancer, June 21- July 23, and her mag quote is "Hit the snooze button today. U earned it." I've never earned it Chillax, but I'll always hit that snooze xD

In the no-signal garment bag is Chillax's pants, and in the bones bag is her top. Both are black on white contrasts with neat little details like pant loops and bone prints.

[garment bags & clothes][6]

Here she is all dressed up, and hanging out with Roller Chick from the same series, purchased loooong ago.

[Series 3; Chillax and Roller Chick][7]

They look great right? Absolutely gorgeous. Definitely both in my top five favourite O.M.G's. I have no issues with either of them, no problematic sewing, nothing's falling apart; they are perfect. Y'know, aside from Chillax' head outright falling off lmao. I very much like the minimalist look Chillax has going on, it's not too little, it's not too much, it's just right.

I do like to name my mass-produced dolls from their alias' to make them more unique and personal for me, but I honestly can't come up with a name for her. Any suggestions? Comment below or contact me on instagram :)

In comparison to my last O.M.G post, regarding miss Honeylicious, this is an upgrade. All the issues Honey had was just *vomits* But chronologically, Honey comes after Chill, which means MGA's quality control is definitely going down the dunny as I'd stated in the corresponding post.
