CHRISTMAS POST! How's your festive season?

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I hope you are all doing well!

This year was a quiet one. I mean there was definitely volume, but I mean quiet as in it was fairly chill. The lead up wasn't - so much cleaning - but the day itself was so chill and smooth. One of the best yet for me.

This is a little bit of a brag post about what I got, I like to share, but in regards to collectibles, it's not much, and I bought them long before Christmas, or put on layby and paid off leading up to it.

It's because I knew no one would get me anything collectible, okay? I was right by the way, no one does anymore.

BUT THAT'S OKAY! If it's me buying my gifts, at least I know I'm not getting something I already have... unless it's a blind box... yikers.

I'll go through everything I got anyway. Each side of my family did a Secret Santa so we'd all get one present from each side. I didn't mind that, I thought that was fair and guaranteed everyone would get a present no matter what... It also meant we'd get less clutter and nonsense we didn't want or need.

On my Mum's side, I got a T2 loose tea brewer and a box each of loose peppermint herbal and french earl grey black tea. Yummy. On my Dad's side, I got a 'Crystal Creations' Anne Stokes Collection diamond dot art canvas called 'North Star', which is a unicorn and an elf I think. Her hair covers her ears, I don't know. I finished it on Christmas day xD

For some reason, though I also got some money from my Uncle, Aunt, and cousins on my dad's side. An unexpected but pleasant surprise. I'll likely allocate it to more stuff to review here if I ever get through what I've got already.

Help me I'm drowning in responsibilityyyyyy!

Alright, now onto what I got myself.

4x 5 Surprise Unicorn Squad series 2! The series I missed, couldn't find anywhere, and when I did find one, it was one of the few I didn't want! But I found them again, the last 4 in the case, and put them away for Christmas.

I opened them as soon as I got a couple minutes to myself, so no review for these little cuties. I got Cooper, Alina, Lively, and Disco! they're all just recolours and accessory switch-around of series 1 with thick glitter hair but a few of them I do like. Of these Cooper is the only one I don't want, what a fantastic haul. I got my first ever BLUE cloud slime putty stuff (that smells like BUBBLEGUM! YUCK), and some more purple to add to what I have :)

2x 5 Surprise Fairy Unicorn Squad! These I'd been eyeballing for months and intended on buying a full case for review. I didn't, haven't, but I got myself two for Christmas to have an offline first look at them, and I must say I'm impressed. Unlike any other set, I want at least half of these, and when I get around to possibly buying a whole case, I absolutely will. Okay okay, I got Stormy - an ice fairy (Winx Club would loudly disagree with that), and Ivy - a plant fairy. They're cute and I love them, and when I open more for review I'll get into more details about them.

I also got some Batch 1 Potion Ponies. I'm a big brain and used code hacks to search through a case and pick out just canon ones I was looking for. I got Rarity - C, Princess Celestia - E, Winnona - L, and Tank - N. No I didn't dissolve their baggies to reveal them because they're GROSS. I cut them open instead vuv

Two last things I got are Lone Star from the OMG Remix series

AND

THE SUPER SONIX SUPER SURPRISE!!!

I uh, I don't have photos of them yet, because I'll be honest, they're still wrapped up. Lone Star is in one of my best efforts of wrapping a weirdly shaped box ever, and the Super Sonix are still in the black garbage bags from the layby. These two I will definitely be doing reviews on, being expensive and all.

-----

What did you get for Christmas? Did you get Rainbow High? LOL's? What about some FailFix or Barbie? Did you get some Unicorn Squad, My Little Pony, or OMG's too?

Whatever you got, appreciate it and whoever gave it to you. Be grateful for whatever you receive on Christmas, be it a little or a lot. Physical gifts are nice, but memories made with people who you love and love you are the best gifts of all. After all, they're once in a lifetime experiences.

Have a happy new year everyone
